- For defective items that do not meet product specifications, exchanges will be required in order to provide a replacement.
- Items purchased through secondary channels (such as auction sites, private transactions, counterfeit goods, or second-hand shops) are not eligible for exchange.
- We do not accept requests for defective item replacements more than three months after the product's initial release.
